Open the Visual Director phone.

Scroll through the mood library.

Select a world look.

Adjust Mood Strength.

Press Apply Global.

Use Turn Off or Original GTA to restore the normal image.

🔓 Open-source release

The Lua, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS source is included and licensed under GPL-3.0. The resource can be inspected, configured, expanded, and integrated with other FiveM systems.

⚠️ Important

RS Visual Director is a scripted runtime atmosphere controller. It is not an ENB or ReShade package and does not include third-party graphics overhauls. Resources that continuously force their own timecycle may compete with it and should be tested together.
